  I am a IT Consultant and Architect for the World Wide Technology. I have accumulated over 15 years of experience developing or implementing infrastructure solutions to meet the customers’ diverse requirements. My real world experience and expertise is being leveraged on enterprise strategy engagements that involve IT and organizational transformations such as cloud computing that can influence rapid change. A specialty of mine is IT resource optimization that looks to bring a cohesive alignment between business and technology capabilities that drive an organization’s operating model (or Enterprise Architecture).My current role is a senior IT consultant and architect for the professional services business unit at WWT. This role is providing sales consulting support during the presales cycle and leading strategic PS engagements. My background in enterprise strategy and technology capabilities are leveraged best where clients are looking to devise a strategic roadmap to an envisioned future state. That strategy and roadmap usually consist of technical, organizational, and business transformations that require a clear understanding of this interdependency. I provide customers with an actionable plan to execute their transformations. Cloud computing and specifically the automation of IT services is a focal point that is driving new consulting opportunities and his market value across WWT’s customer base. This is moving beyond the auto-provisioning capability but looks at the autonomic behavior that can be wired into the IT infrastructure for dynamic responses.A primary focus is assisting customers make the transition to a service oriented delivery of their data center capability with the goal of transforming a current state into an Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) delivery model.A technical skills development path for 2011 is with infrastructure software such as with Orchestration products from BMC and HP as I feel they are truly the market leaders.   My role and responsibilities are to meet client diverse needs by promoting the HP Software solutions focusing on our more complex customer projects of converged cloud, data center automation, and Big Data analytics. Going into 2014 there will be much more emphasis on leveraging the personal skills of software development, software integrations and Big Data analytics benefitting our Zunesis customers.I guide the strategy and direction of a cloud adoption and navigate clients thru the transformation toward service orientation within the data center. From business drivers to the architectural tenets, guiding technology selections, to defining the software integration APIs, I have been successful in delivering HP CloudSystem Enterprise solutions to meet IaaS, PaaS, and XaaS requirements. Additionally, I am leading the charge of Big Data opportunities that are helping customers understand the benefits of exploiting their internal structured-semi structured datasets for new business requirements. Using a defined methodology, I guide important use case development, construct the ETL and code for the advanced query strategy. I also provide advanced system tuning as good practices in order to deliver a proper real-time analytical platform. We leverage the HP Vertica Platform as the technology of choice. Combining social media channels with existing internal structured data can also provide some additional business insights. Traditional IT monitoring, runbook automation, service desk, and application lifecycle management are also part of the capabilities I support in the Denver, SLC, and Las Vegas marketplace.Leading with a HP converged infrastructure (CI) and building the desired software-define data center model is how we are able to take cloud concepts and make that actionable and repeatable (thus real) for customers. I heavily involved in the architecture, design and implementation of Oracle's Engineered Systems that deliver on-premise applications hosting of Oracle's Fusion Middleware (FMW) stack. Strategize, architect and deploy Oracle Enterprise Manager 13c to "operationalize"​ the use of Engineered Systems and Oracle FMW for a complete lifecycle of application services. Deliver consulting and engineering talent to architect and design for an Oracle hybrid cloud delivery platform leveraging the latest capabilities of OEM 12c, the Oracle public cloud, automation, and virtualization in providing real-world IaaS and PaaS solutions.Provide leadership and guidance with a team of experienced Mythics Consultants that focus on delivering premier infrastructure solutions based on Oracle innovations and intelligent integration techniques to satisfy customer requirements.In 2018, the further skill development has been in Python development (Python 3) and using Red Hat's Ansible for integrated systems and cloud automation. Between the Ansible 2.x platform and the vast library of the Python language (for OOP and procedural code), just about anything can be automated to a very large scale (and deep complexity) and be managed by a small team of IT professionals. Tasks that would take days can be transformed into automated lifecycles in a matter of minutes. Now that Oracle's OCI environment has been mastered. Now it's a focus using both Ansible and Python 3 Programming for use with Google Cloud, AWS and Microsoft Azure in 2019 to develop and evangalize "infrastructure as code" as the next wave of IT solutions.
