Total headcount of 70 colleagues.- Pre-Opening Resident Manager of the Indian Ocean Lodge, Praslin spearheading the rebranding to a luxurious 4-star concept with 32 keys. Opened as of October 2024.- Weekly meetings with Project Manager, Contractor, Architect, MEP & Subcontractors.- Carana Beach Hotel, Mahé (sister property) 40 keys, 4 star Boutique Hotel Task Force. Assisting/overseeing Food & Beverage service team as well as culinary team in the absence of Food & Beverage Manager & Executive Chef. Total headcount of 50 colleagues.- Achieved above budget revenue for Food & Beverage at Carana throughout the 2024 year and Indian Ocean Lodge throughout 2025.- Improved Guest Service Survey results as well as increased frequency of named colleague reviews on all platforms including Tripadvisor.- Successfully transitioned both resorts to a compulsory Half Board dining basis- Successfully transitioned both resorts from Fidelio PMS to Opera Cloud.
