It actually stands for Tera Impex Network. Funny fact: I came up with the name. Not very imaginative to be honest.

Responsible for the yearly sustainbility reporting wihin Visma Software SRL. Responsible for anti-corruption risk assesments. Responsible for environmental impact assesments. Driving local sustainability initiatives such as green energy suppliers, optimisation of power and heating consumptions, handling obsolete hardware within offices. Collect ideas and input from own organisation & escalate as needed.Acting as a bridget between corporate sustainability governane and local legal unit, by getting tools, best practises, current information, data & market insights. Show less Working directly with the CIO, and later with CRO to identify and mitigate IT Operational and Infrastructure related risks.Performed risk assesments related to areas like Infrastructure, Architecture, Service and Data Protection, Security and Access Management, Event Management, Patching, Training and certifications, Licensing (IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, VMWare, Citrix, etc), Employee and Customer satisfaction (NPS,ENPS), Geopolical factors (UKR war).Identified possible correlations and risks between the surveyed areas, built risk logs, proposed mitigations and followed up on implementations.Lead for the divestiture of some Visma divisions for several infrastructure areas, comprised from almost 30 companies, and more than 2000 employees situated in multiple countries.
