  I built up the GovLab Arnsberg, working closely with the regional governments president and shaping the overall digital strategy in the regions government. The GovLab joint forces on projects with organizations like the German federal chancellory, the GovLab Austria and many municipalities and other authorities in Germany and beyond! I was responsible of delivering several million EUR of the public investment program "LEADER" to multiple regions across the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and made sure they stay compliant to the public investment schemes of the EU and the state.
