      Meg was the tech arch lead on an agile grid modernization project for a Midwest electric utility. The ADMS solution included enabling a suite of advanced DMS applications, an OMS system replacement, and integrations to a multitude of internal and external applications. As tech arch lead Meg was responsible for the coordination of vendor, client, and Accenture resources for architecture activities such as the infrastructure build, environment landscape design, code migration process and DevOps pipeline. Previously, Meg focused on the implementation of Oracle Utilities CC&B, MDM, ODM, and NMS for a Midwest Electric and Gas Utility. Her role was on the technical architecture team, managing the installation and management of the various OUAF application environments over the course of the multi-phase agile implementation. Show less Jan - Aug 2017: Worked with Exelon's Nuclear Generation group on Change Management and training plans for the acquisition of the James A. Fitzpatrick Nuclear Plant. She designed training plans and targeted communications, worked with a change agent network, created job aids, and focused on change enablement for the employees during the integration process. Sept 2017 - Dec 2018: Focused on the implementation of Oracle Utilities Suite for a Customer-focused transformation at a Midwestern Gas and Electric client. Meg's role on the technical architecture team was to design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot the various environments involved in the overlapping two-phase agile implementation. She developed a strong understanding of the Oracle Utilities Application Framework and the integration of CC&B, MDM, ODM, and NMS systems. Show less
