  主要参与A股IPO项目，在此工作期间，所参与的项目均得到客户及其他中介机构（证券机构及律师）的认可，在规定的时间内效率最大化。工作内容包括主要以下几点：1、对每个项目的初步业务活动阶段进行风险评估和市场调研；2、针对不同企业的不同特点，规范企业内部控制制度，并监督其有效的执行；3、查阅所获取的上市筹备期间的财务报表数据，分析变动是否规律、出现异常的原因，与同期的同类上市企业相比较，与被审计单位高管沟通并分析差异；4、在审计项目期间，合理安排审计人员分工及时间，在有限的时间内提高每个人员的工作效率；5、完成实质性底稿，在现场审计过程中发现的问题及缺陷，及时与被审计单位沟通，并制定解决方案，对最终的审计结论达成一致认同。6、撤离现场后，将完善的工作底稿交至复核部进行二审、三审、四审审核，审核通过后按时出具报告并交至客户。在A股IPO项目中，主要工作：1、需对被审计单位所处行业的类型、目前的经营市场及证券市场的形势、在市场中所处的地位及其重要性、是否具有持续经营能力、所处环境可持续性发展的空间等因素进行分析。2、检查企业内部管理制度存在的风险点，制度是否符合企业情况，制度执行的有效性。3、审计期间需查阅所获取的有关被审计单位的所有历史沿革情况，察看是否具有影响企业上市的瑕疵，与被审计单位、其他中介机构共同寻求解决方案。4、需对被审计单位过去、现在发生的及将来即将发生的法律事务向律师事务所专业人员咨询，分析其影响力。对于影响力大的情况，与被审计单位高管、律师沟通解决方案。5、在审计项目期间，合理安排审计人员分工及时间，在有限的时间内提高每个人员的工作效率。解决各审计成员对其工作中遇到的问题，并建议其采用最优方式提高自身的工作效率。1.Engaging in the risk assessment and market investigation on the initial stage of business;2.Standardizing the internal control system within the enterprise and inspecting the performance of it according to the various characteristics of different enterprises;3.Looking up the statistics in the financial statements acquired in the preparatory listing period, analyzing whether the differences are regular and the finding out the causations of the abnormality, comparing those changes with the listing companies of the same kind in the same period of time, communicating with the senior managers in the enterprises audited and analyzing the abnormality;4.Arranging rational division of work and conducting time management during the working period to improve the efficiency of employees in the limited time;5.Completing the substantial work draft, and exchanging ideas with the enterprises being audited, formulating measures to solve problems, to guarantee the unanimous approval of the final audit conclusion.6.Delivering the improved draft to the relevant department and go through several review procedures, issuing report and giving it to the client.   在职期间，主要参与H股的IPO项目。工作内容包括不限于：1、参与项目的行业调研和行业分析；2、担任区域现场审计负责人，针对5-20家公司的财务报表进行审计；3、负责各公司的企业内部控制审计、财务报表审计，把握风险导向；4、联系税务专家，进行税务商讨，把握被审计单位的税务风险；5、研究IPO公司的数据走向和趋势，参与客户商讨；6、配合出具审计报告。目前主要涉及房地产行业和石油行业。H股的IPO项目, 涉及房地产行业。该项目于2013年在香港成功上市，是华南地区最具影响力之一的房地产开发企业。公司主要从事房地产投资、开发、管理等业务。创立了独特的"生活艺术家"理念，在产品中融入高尚的文化艺术，创造出领先的生活模式。该公司业务辐射广州、佛山、珠海、中山、清远以及长沙等经济发达城市。整个项目体现三年一期的财务报表审计，经历一年的审计时间，全程文本采用英文形式。在此项目中，我主要负责以下工作内容：1、负责20家子公司的现场审计工作，包含行业研究、企业内部控制审计、财务报表审计。2、负责公司的类型包含租赁、装修装饰、房地产开发、投资公司等。3、进行财务数据的分析、税务风险控制、内控制度的风险控制。4、配合项目经理做合并调整、出具审计报告。该项目在公司获得了最佳贡献奖。在项目工作过程中，发现影响将近2个亿的错误风险，与客户进行沟通和协商，成功解决问题，降低风险。与税务专家进行研讨，成功降低项目公司的税务风险。As the indispensable member of the project, I mainly participated the IPO project of H-share. The job description including but not limited to,1. Responsible for marketing research and industry analysis,2. On-site auditing on financial statements of five to twenty subsidiaries, as the regional FIC,3. In charge of the company's internal control audit and financial statements audit, furthermore control the risk of that process,4. Controlled the tax risk and discussed with tax expert,5. Researched and analyzed the data trends of the IPO project, and discussed with customer management,6. Cooperated with manager to issue the audit report.During the work in EY, I mainly involved in real estate and oil industry. During the audit project, I always allocate the subordinate personnel work tasks reasonably, striving to create the harmonious interpersonal relationship with clients and colleagues.
