Responsible for future Truck BEV hardware integration and program delivery of advanced features required to meet program objectives. Responsible for ensuring underbody system requirement compatibility and developing optimized system solutions for Truck Battery Electric Vehicles (e-motor, battery, chassis, structure). Created module design process and led strategic development of Chassis Modules. Responsible for integration of Global chassis systems for the C-segment Platform. Responsibilities include interface management, delivery of functional design objectives, and vehicle launch. Responsible for chassis program management and leading new model vehicle launch. Developed and implemented design and process actions to improve quality, productivity and cost for vehicles manufactured at the Ford Chicago Assembly Plant. Responsible for the design, development, and release of chassis components across a number of different vehicle lines. Managed the product development process from concept through launch across multiple vehicle platforms. 2.5 year rotational program. Positions included: - Design and Release of brake and steering system.- Marketing position responsible for strategic planning and volume forecasting.- Advanced Vehicle Dynamics position responsible for vehicle level testing and development.- Chassis Systems Engineering responsible for advanced chassis system design.- Design and Release of suspension system.
