Follow up on the project concept notes /project proposals that have been prepared based on inputs provided by relevant stakeholders and ensure that they are developed into bankable proposals. 3. Support existing and new climate change activities and programmes as well as oversee their respective implementation including, inter alia, under the following policy frameworks: updated National Updated Nationally Determined Contribution (2021), National Policy on Climate Change for Namibia (2013), Namibia’s Fourth National Communication to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (2020), National GHG Inventory Report NC4 (2019), National Renewable Energy Policy (2017), development of Namibia’s NDA readiness needs assessment (RNA) for GCF. 4.
