He is responsible for the day to day operations of the Legal and Human Resources Departments and for advising DHA staff regarding Public and Multifamily Housing Program compliance, Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) compliance, landlord-tenant issues, employment law matters, fair housing compliance, and providing legal advice to the DHA Board of Commissioners and staff on the numerous legal issues faced by a large, high performing housing authority on a daily basis.
