  My role as a Growth Product Designer, revolves around overseeing and optimizing various aspects throughout the entire user journey funnel.In the Customer Retention Domain, I concentrated on the first-time user experience for prospects. My goal was to expedite their journey to the Aha Moment, enhancing the Conversion Rate (CVR) in the process.Currently, in the Incentives Domain, my responsibilities extended to managing auto-applied incentives across the app journey.
