  - Developing product concepts (2D and 3D) and structural designs for POS displays, packaging and other POSM; constant contact with the client through the entire design process is a key component at this stage;- Pre-production and physical assembly of mock-ups for the product concept; preparing production layouts (nesting) and working closely with the pricing department in order to ensure customer satisfaction through both quality and competitive pricing, while minimising company waste;- Either working with advertising agency to develop the graphic design for the final product, or in-house graphic design;▪ DTP/pre-flight of the final production documents for both digital or offset printing and CAD cutting and/or die-cutting; reporting the material requirements and checking if needed stocks are available;▪ Assigning a project team responsible for the final assembly of the products. Developing a new methodology of assembly for the final product (if necessary) and constant supervision of the assembly team, making certain that the deadlines are met and that constant quality control is present throughout the manufacturing process;▪ Post-production related activities such as waste management, restocking, equipment maintenance schedule, hardware and software servicing of all PCs and company server, managing company network .
