  The Technical Administration & Presentation Manager provides leadership and manages the SE Technical Support & Presentation team (SE Technical Support, Technical Examination and Presentation Technologists). The SE Technical Support & Presentation team is responsible for the technical support for learners and guardians as well as the onboarding, creation and management of client facing presentation systems (Campus, Portals, TIA etc.), The team is also accountable for performing timetable-specific tasks and managing the accurate technical setup of live test papers, memos, and permissions, the management, running and support of live tests and the deferral process, as well as presentation-specific technical administration. This role is responsible for the strategy, quality, efficiency and engagement of the SE Technical Support & Presentation team as well as the continual improvement of the team’s processes. Additionally this role is responsible for assuming product owner of Intercom, which includes being knowledge expert of the system and the relevant tools, the setup of Intercom and how it is configured for UCTOHS as well as introducing new system tools (AI bots, custom bots etc.) to the SE team.
