  Research project on how male psyche undergoes development under different psycho-social circumstances. The project comprised of observing people in urbanand rural settings and then, comparing and contrast the distinguish between the female and male psyches, on the basis of texts: Jane Eyre, Bhimayana, Funny Boy and Sons and Lovers. Headed department of English, MITRAKSHAR, for the year 2018-19. Duties involved looking after the departmental finances, organizing seminars and workshops, organized one-day fest, CHRYSALIS, which saw maximum participation from colleges and universities all over Delhi.
