  As Trainer-Coach, I lead a team of trainer-coach specialists (three trainers). I perform coaching to cultivate leadership development. I support recruitment and selection process of personnel by designing and conducting assessment centers (leaders, department heads, key members). I oversee development and training of all levels within the organization. I deliver strategies, planning, solutions, and organization. I coordinate programs focused on skill development, team building, change management, and organization development. I conduct/design organizational climate surveys identifying opportunities for growth. The core highlights I have brought to my organization:⇨ I standardized/unified leadership principles by designing 10-module training program utilized by lower-level managers and team leaders. I operate/operated program successfully for over four years, training 30+ groups, 14 managers in each group (program waitlisted and required for all staff).⇨ I collaborated with my boss to develop/implement a new system to evaluate performance. I solidified the structure of training programs and educated leaders across all levels of organization to ensure the system was applied effectively (app. 400 attendees for these courses).⇨ I performed integral role in supporting the acquisition of managers during a high-growth period (from 2K to 10K people) creating assessment centres to screen and select quality applicants (for middle management positions).
