  1. Incorporated Provisioning microservice into our solution using message queue, APIs and SCIM. Successfully onboarded 5 new customers requesting provisioning in last quarter, with an additional 3 in the evaluation phase.2. Implemented Provisioning auditing for applications like Active Directory, Bigcommerce, Standard scim applications etc. Used OOPs concepts like interface, function overloading and data abstraction. Which resulted in 40% reduction in customer interactions and automated onboarding.3.
