  I work at the Center of Excellence is Chicago, IL and I have been here since September 2015. My current duties surround the UberEATS and UberRUSH products we have launched and are helping to expand. My team is in charge of building up support between restaurants, couriers, and eaters. We are available to take phone calls to offer support over the phone, which is unique within the company. I also offer support to partners who have emailed to our helpline. I am a passionate advocate for riders and drivers while answering any questions that come your way. I am part of a team who is helping to build trust within our new community within these two products and help evolve the support logic. On a daily basis, I have to learn how to troubleshoot problems, gather information to find solutions, assist restaurants and businesses with their accounts and partnerships with the product and more.Before being assigned to the UberEATS and UberRUSH teams, I was on the Driver Tier 1 & 2 team where we assisted all and any Uber partners need. An ordinary day would be anything from fixing trip fares, guaranteed incentives, payment issues, account management and more. After helping build up the support fo that team, I was moved to help with the new product at the time uberPOOL. My team helped build up the support logic that is being used for uberPOOL, which helped scale up the product globally. Show less

  Weekend talent for Radio One Columbus. Started as a fill-in and weekend talent on Magic 95.5. Then was moved to Power 1075/1063. In charge of making sure all station shows air and run smoothly. Syndicated shows start and end on time and able to receive satellite signals. Engage with listeners through social media giving show updates, discussing show topics and more. Post 2 stories on the station websites each shift. Produce and upload music mixes, promos, commercials and hotkeys in Wide Orbit. Update daily web promos, show promos and upload them through Wide Orbit. Number 1 in Columbus for Urban AC and competed with an average 7.3 share. DJ Mr. King and CeCe reign supreme on the airwaves. We were behind the local talent competition "Street Heat," which selected an artist per week to get their song played on the station. This was later sold into a monthly showcase. Did everything from club hostings to talking to at-risk teens. Attended station events to crashing high school proms.
