  WIPRO-GCMC●GCMC is a project where it involves different domains of networking like Security, WAN/LAN, Wireless and so on. My role in this project is to operate as a L1A, being the first phase of Shell-GCMC we need to maintain the complete network of SHELL. Need to workwith field engineers and other levels of GCMC and shell internal teams.●Worked as a part of Change Management for all the maintenance and project changes.●Apart from technical support, I also got expertized in maintaining the work hygiene and shiftlead role for times. I am training the new joiners with the current project's process anddocumentation.
