The scope including engineering design (FEED/Detail Design), QAQC, civil earthworks (pad and road), mechanical installation (TPO station, EPC packages), pipeline construction, long lead items, startup/commissioning, logistics including office and field operations., materials management (warehousing, inventory management) etc. Develop Overall Contracting Strategy (OCS) which is the best solution both technically and commercially and ideally suited to the business environment and associated driver to deliver the Sichuan project portfolio. Lead cost improvement program to get the price down step by step as to enhance business’s competitive advantages. Proactively working with business to capture business improvement opportunities (transformation) through optimization and innovation in terms of technical, business demands and supply chain. Drive critical development of supply chain strategy of standard design and Enterprise Framework Agreement (EFA) fabricator implementation to integrated technical requirements with commercial solution, realize supply chain value. Manage the required Logistics infrastructure and resources to support the Project portfolio, material management including inventory management, materials storage and handling, waste handling and disposal.
