      Managed a staff of 80 individuals in the Ministry which included engineers, technicians, secretaries, equipment operators, etc. Was the best performing ministry in the county based on performance contract signed with the county and audited by PriceWaterHouse. Managed four departments in this ministry. The department of Enterprise Development won the best Micro and Small Enterprise development award in the country. Was able to strengthen the Cooperatives movement in the County.
