  In my role as a User Experience (UX) Consultant, I've had the privilege of spearheading numerous projects in the capacity of a User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) developer. These projects have encompassed a diverse array of industries and challenges, allowing me to cultivate a rich and varied skill set in designing and optimising digital experiences. From crafting intuitive interfaces to conducting user research and testing, I've consistently aimed to deliver solutions that prioritise user satisfaction and engagement while aligning closely with clients' objectives.After that, I decided to dive into the world of design and research. It was like setting off on an exciting adventure where I got to explore how things are made and understand why they work the way they do. Learning about design and research wasn't just about reading books or watching videos—it was about getting my hands dirty and trying things out for myself with help of few experts. Along the way, I faced obstacles, but I also celebrated victories as I gradually got better at what I was doing. It was a journey of discovery and growth, where every step I took brought me closer to becoming proficient in these fields.Subsequently, I took on the responsibility of independently managing unit testing and accessibility testing as part of my project workflow. This decision stemmed from a commitment to enhancing project quality and mitigating potential issues. By delving into unit testing, I systematically assessed individual components of the project codebase, ensuring their functionality and reliability in isolation. Simultaneously, engaging in accessibility testing allowed me to ascertain that our projects were inclusive and usable by individuals with diverse needs. Show less As a Consultant Trainee, I set foot in the consulting world, diving deep into the company's ethos, culture, and the intricacies of the industry. The foundational training provided me with essential frameworks and methodologies while shadowing seasoned consultants allowed me to observe their expertise firsthand.After the Initial training, I have transitioned into more hands-on roles, gradually taking the reins in client interactions and problem-solving scenarios. Collaborating closely with team members on diverse projects enriched my perspective and strengthened my teamwork skills.My roles and responsibilities includes 1.Produced stunning visual elements of web applications by translating UI/UX design frameworks into Code with high quality, reusable HTML5,SLDS (Salesforce Design System) CSS3 and SCSS code.2.Developed multiple web applications for different verticals like Licensing, Health care, Education, Workforce Management and Transportation.3.Active collaboration with back-end developers and QA team for any UI problematic issues.4. Incorporated Accessibility Traits within the development process of web applications, thereby ensuring that websites can be easily accessed and navigated by users with diverse abilities and needs. This implementation involves adopting design and development practices that prioritise accessibility features, such as screen reader compatibility, keyboard navigation, and alternative text for images, to enhance usability for all users, including those with disabilities.5.Apart from all the roles as a part of fun culture I have Organised and Hosted Fun activities with innovative ideas in the team.
