Jul 2006 - Dec 2006Web DeveloperBeing on the fourth year of study I applied for a job in “Kompanija "ALS i TEK", LLC” to a position of Software Engineer. Behind this strange name hides a simple web-programmer. I had made simple applications in HTML and PHP, I liked it, and decided to do this seriously. The company was the large developer and producer of telephone exchanges, switchboards, access points and the other telecommunication equipment. It worked for all Russia and hired students. I worked at tariffing department which was engaged in billing development for the equipment produced by the company. This billing had huge web-interface, and I began to develop it.I rewrote part of the billing server from PHP 3.0 to PHP 5.0, using available capabilities of Object oriented programming and partially processed interface using AJAX technology. All these accelerated the web-interface, and it became more responsive and user-friendly. It seemed to me, that I learned Unified system of program documentation by heart because this company was large and each procedure, interface or module were needed to be documented according to All Union State standard.The company participated in implementation of the national “Education” project which assumed connection of all Russian schools to the Internet. Therefore, the head of our department went to configure the Internet in other cities. So I began temporarily to fulfill his duties. I communicated with new customers of billing, as well as with existing ones (one of them was the Saratov Digital telephone network), resolved conflict situations, was engaged in distribution of tasks in department, and in the intervals of time I was finishing the billing. Oct 2007 - Sept 2008Senior Web DeveloperAfter working in the large company I decided to apply for a fob in a small web-studio. I hoped that I would have more time and I would be able to write my diploma and to graduate from the university. But I was mistaken. I had made websites on freelance, but it was difficult to call it commercial development, I wanted to know how things should be done in reality. I had an experience in a web ‐ programming, that’s why I was hired. For that I want to thank people who hired me, and especially thanks for teaching me how to create websites. Working in that studio, I really learned to make websites. The only thing I didn’t do was web-design. I communicated with customers, identified their requirements, formed structure of websites, developed and approved technical task on these sites, engaged in its layout after the approval of the design, then programming, then partially in filling, laying out on hosting, making corrections and further support. Part of tasks, of course, I delegated, but their amount wasn’t reducing. If design was ready, I could make a website without any help. By the way, later I independently learned how to design.I developed a website for jewelry shop "Zanzibar", and wrote a module "Jewelry catalog" for studio CMS. This module considered features of the jeweler sphere such as: collections, metals, inserts, brands and other subtleties, and also this module had convenient administrative part. Work experience with large interfaces helped me in creation of this module. Jul 2009 - Mar 2010Web Project Manager“Agro-System is a unique trading platform for farmers of the country"! - that's what I heard when I came for an interview. It was the start-up, it recruited a team and needed a leader who will program the most complex functionality. I had never participated in start-ups, but always wanted to create something more serious than online-store and I tried my best in order to be hired. The owner suggested starting with generation of content for attraction of a traffic target, and also as soon as possible to develop useful service to start monetization, and only then to implement functionality of trading platform. This service was online calculation of the size of a railway carrying payment; now existing analogue is service "Rail-Tariff-Online" by "STM, LLC". Programmer, coder and designer began to create the website; copywriter and translator began to write content. I was engaged in development of the service and also in team management. My task was not easy, we used 1C-Bitrix, and the service had to be done as a module, but the documentation on the modules wasn’t ready. Marketplace was going to be started only after a year. Despite all difficulties, a few months later the service was ready. It received information from visitors, interacted with the “STM, LLC” server and provided calculation on the website. After that negotiations with STM connected with use of this module began.Start of a start-up was delayed and the owner decided temporarily to develop websites. I knew this subject very well, besides we had an excellent team, therefore, we took 1C‐Bitrix as a basis, received the status of the partner and started making websites. From all orders I want to mention the development of sushi-bar’s “Kuk-si Kabi “ website, and completion of men's online magazine “TrendyMen” website. Alas, we didn't return to a start-up. Jun 2010 - Feb 2014CEO / OwnerMy first business project is a small web-studio, like the one in which I once worked as a developer. After working as a team leader in a start-up and completing several major Internet projects, a strong belief that I have sufficient knowledge to start my own business appeared in me. Originally I worked as an employee and had no business and sales organization experience. Now, with confidence, I can tell that this project became my second university.In studio I was engaged almost in everything, from clients search to report submission, even sometimes created websites. I wanted to understand all processes, for example, I completed courses on accounting and tax accounting, and personally went in tax office and funds. I also developed all contracts and faced serious gaps of knowledge in the field of intellectual and copyright at local law firms. During this period I strongly felt a lack of experience and tried to compensate it in any ways: articles, blogs, webinars, trainings, books. It almost didn’t help me. It was simply a heap of knowledge without practice. Sometimes it seems to me, at that period I made all possible mistakes in opening business, but, despite these mistakes, I remained an expert in web-development and quality of work didn't suffer. Gradually, experience came to me. During this time in the studio, I touched huge amount of various businesses, developed dozens of websites met many owners, and some of them became my good friends. The story of my first business project, unfortunately, ended sadly; there was serious car accident that knocks me out of life for a year. I am very sorry that I wasn’t able to complete the project for Alexander Rukavishnikov studio because of what had happened. After all, I had to say goodbye to the studio. Show less

Sept 2013 - Jun 2015CEO / OwnerMy second business project is digital agency. The first project had finished by a car accident, but a lot of time to think appeared. The vast majority ordering sites actually expect to receive clients. However, website is only part of the internet sales system; it is like buying a vacuum cleaner and expecting it to clean the house, doing nothing. My web-studio could not satisfy true customer’s demand, the complex offer was required: strategy development, website creation, visitor’s attraction, and advertising. So for the next business project I chose format of a digital agency.During the rehabilitation period I carried out a full-scale correction of mistakes and if previously I participated in everything and controlled everything, this time I wanted to reduce my participation and to build self-managing system. Firstly, I brought to outsource accounts department, and started to work with courier service in documents delivery. Each employee had his own job duties; I also made regulations of the main works and introduced KPI. I built full-fledged "three-stage" sales department: the manager of telemarketing made phone calls and appointments, the sales manager went on meetings and signed contracts, after that clients were transferred to the account-manager. CRM Bitrix24 and system of projects control from Atlassian were introduced. Automation of processes was total, even templates of documents were printed directly from the printer. As a result, 3 months later the company started to make profit.Alas, new economic crisis which started in 2014 changed everything. Trying to stay on afloat everybody reduced their expenses, and as at the majority of regional companies’ websites play more decorative role, than generation of profit, began with them. Most of our clients stopped paying, and sales inevitably fell. At the end of the year in my life several events happened, and I made the decision to suspend activity of the company and to move to Moscow. Show less

I will begin with the results, and then I will briefly describe what has been done.“Standart Europe, LLC” is diversified company which main direction is stretched ceilings. This company also sale water filters and evacuate cars.6 months results. Stretched ceilings: revenue increased by 47%, the number of applications increased by 34%, the budget on advertizing decreased by 32%, the cost of a lead decreased almost by 3 times in comparison with the previous period (December, 2014 - May, 2015). And also the biggest stretched ceiling with a photo printing in the world was ordered. The amount of evacuators increased from 1 to 6. New direction "Automatic transmission repair" has been launched.What was done? As fast results were needed, emphasis was placed on improving the content ofadvertising. Semantics was completely overworked and expanded, rewritten advertisingcampaign in Yandex.Direct, as well as developed Google.AdWords campaign. The site was insufficiently conversion; therefore, multilandings on all types of ceilings were developed. For determination of efficiency the dynamic call tracking from CallTouch was introduced. Excel was replaced by CRM Bitrix24 and instead of mobile phones - cloudy telephony from Mango Telecom was started to be used. To prevent diversion of customers AltegroSIM by FMC was introduced, corporate mobiles were integrated into automatic telephone system and calls began to be recorded. Sales channels were divided by different numbers that allowed eliminating the inefficient. Departments received their own numbers and that unloaded sales department, which took all the calls. The landing and a contextual advertising on the direction of cars evacuation were processed, also were developed landing and advertising in a new direction "Automatic transmission repair”. Nov 2015 - nowProject leaderIt is my third business project. Working in Moscow and Moscow region allowed me to notice that lots of businesses use a single sales channel: "Website + Yandex.Direct" or "Landing page + Yandex.Direct", sometimes this scheme is complemented with Google.AdWords, and that's all. Moreover, the majority of advertising campaigns has extremely low level and was made by freelancers or business owners. And lots of advertising development agencies begins their dialogue with the question of the budget. I wanted to change this situation by creating advertising campaign with an eye on results, not on a budget. Thus, appeared marketers team "FastDirect". Show less
