  Project Lead - Plastic Injection Molder

  Project lead for a group of five students in developing a functional plastic injection molder from scratch. Given a limited budget and deadline of two and a half months, our team was responsible for creating a working prototype of the machine that had unique aspects and met all project requirements created by the client. As project lead it was my responsibility to communicate with the client periodically to ensure all deadlines were being met. I also tasked every member of the group with a specific role in completing this design challenge. As a result, we as a group were able to complete the challenge in the time period allotted and under budget. Consequentially, a plastic coaster/tile piece was produced from the reconstructed plastic.   Final presentation to management reviewing the functionality of the Pason DAS wave function. Several components of the drilling process were reviewed with and without the wave function present for multiple wells. A cost benefit analysis was also performed to analyze the overall effectiveness of the system.
