Leading the current state analysis utilizing in person and electronic meetings in order to develop a gap analysis of current workflow. Working with the software vendor to tailor the package to meet the needs of the client, then configure and test to achieve future state optimization for both the client and vendor software package. Clients include an enterprise deployment of one of the largest Community Health Centers in the country with over 250 providers, enterprise deployment of 46 non-urban hospitals with both empoloyed and affiliated providers. Managed the financial reporting design and configuration for the eClinicalWorks Enterprise Business Optimizer (eBO) for a hospital company providing healthcare and services to rural areas. Served as the lead for the Practice Management and Billing workstream with the eClinicalWorks implementation to a diverse group of corporate owned hospitals.
