  I started at Farmlore as an intern of three months after which I was offered a full time position. Farmlore is a fine dining restaurant serving a degustation menu for only 18 seats, with a farm to table concept. In every 10 course menu I was in charge of at least 2-3 courses. The courses ranged from small plates with seafood, bread to main courses with red meat to desserts. I was trained in many gastronomic techniques such as spherification, foams, making of crisps, etc. I am also very adept at cooking on wood fire as that was our main method of cooking.
