My scope was dual, in that I had a local HR BP role with the local R&I team, the Nutrition, the Pack and the MIA teams, whilst also holding a central HR role for R&I Europe, helping to coordinate and drive the HR strategy for the zone, in a context that was strongly characterized by changes and reorganizations, driving a higher productivity. Key achievementsActive strategic HR role in the board of 7 directors; contributor to the Europe R&I team roadmap and Europe R&I team spirit transformation journey (team coaching); support the Europe zone Director and his leadership team in the integration of two new members; support the implementation of the HC reduction plan by end-2016 (via career moves and redundancies) & transformation; co-lead of the organizational strategy initiative in Pack, Science & Nutrition, and in Product Superiority; lead monthly HR steercos to drive and implement the HR & Organizational strategy for R&I Europe.From November 2013 to Nov 2014International HR BP for the worldwide central R&I teams, with SITEX (site of expertise in Madrid) / multi-site, department leadership team role and several sub-teams, Central HR for the NORAM zone.Key achievementsMaintain significant HR support for the team leaders, Department Directors, teams, and employees, while driving the Management cycle and co-leading the 2020 competence work for the central team.The results of the 2015 Danone People Survey (Engagement Survey) showed remarkable progress vs. 2013, especially on Organizational efficiency (+25 points vs. 2013) & Leadership (+24 points vs. 2013). These were the strongest improvements observed at R&I Dairy for these two categories, which had been identified as key focus development areas.
