      Focusing in land development, I work with property owners and developers to solve site-related challenges; this includes development of conceptual Land Use Plans and Due Diligence Studies all the way through preparation of Engineering Drawings and construction.Although I primarily focus in private site development work, I spent over six years serving as Village Engineer for the Village of Heyworth, a bedroom community south of Bloomington, and thus have a solid understanding of municipal engineering and city planning.As a project manager, I lead teams of engineers, surveyors, and draftsmen to complete projects.
