  Part of the group strategy team. Built and headed a portfolio and project management office to prioritise and execute strategic improvement projects. Built a group enterprise architecture function. Headed the business process improvement team, owning the CMMI Level 5 compliant software development processes. Expat in the Systematic Canberra office in Australia to transfer culture, help grow the business and organisation, including finding and onboarding my replacement.Responsible for delivering all regional contracts, supporting business development and extend the corporate culture to the two Australian offices. Responsible for turnaround of a new software product with big sales success in the Danish municipalities leading to severe delivery problems. Headed a department with 170 internal employees from DK and RO, external consultants in DK and sourcing staff in UA. Responsible for product management, product development, implementation and operations for 35+ customers, and handling several significant sub-suppliers. Turnaround of the entire Defence business unit moving from a suffering custom software development project business to a very profitable standard software product and service business. Built and headed the Services department growing to 100 people employed across seven countries. Responsibly for delivering all customer contracts in 40+ countries and supporting business development. Responsible for the proposal portfolio, ensuring that we could always deliver what was promised. Responsible for the portfolio of Air & Navy custom software development projects and service deliveries. Leading the department of 20-30 employees. Responsible for customer contracts delivering software development to NATO, the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF/F35) program, several customers in the electronic warfare domain and additional customers in the air & navy domains. I was responsibility for several customer projects in the navy domain, including the Royal Danish Navy sea surveillance system being Systematics first customer. I was building up a new delivery team from scratch after getting a new contract with extended main contractor responsibility, starting with full responsibility and only one employee. Starting in Systematic as software developer I was soon promoted to team lead, test manager and finally project manager responsible for a Systematic top three customer project.
