  Planning & Cost Control Manager

  Reporting to the General Manager and in charge of developing, implementing, and managing the budget and planning of the Company’s DSWO (Drilling/WO, Subsurface, Wells Services, and Ongoing Operations) and Surface’s project activities. Overall monitoring and direction of the cost control function, risk management and issuing the required reports to all partners on a regular basis; Tracking and providing information to allow proactive and accurate reporting including scheduling analysis (EOT) and change control (CO). Sharing Accountability with functional managers to ensure that any activity is controlled in terms of planning, budget, and SOW limit aiming the delivery of the project in total compliance. Acting as the key interface between the unit's internal functions (finance, procurement, engineering, HSE, and Operations) and the Governmental bodies on the approval of the annual work plans and its associated budget. My principal accountabilities are:Delivers cost management functions through establishing cost baseline, preparation of yearly budget and its associated work program in alignment with the plan of development. Production of estimated costs (OPEX & CAPEX) with regards the following: PERSONNEL’s COSTS, GENARAL SERVICES, WELL SERVICES (Well Testing; Coiled Tubing Services; Slickline work; Pumping Services; Production Loggings; Zonal Isolation; Electric Logging; Well Head maintenance-Greasing; Perforations; Sand Control; Stimulations, etc..), MAINTENANCE & IN--SPECTIONS, CONSUMABLES for the provision of monthly closure and cash flow forecasts.
