The complex contains 2 floors with patios or balconies which is located in convenient north St. Cloud. It is in walking distance to Whitney Park and the Sauk River. It is only minutes away from the YMCA, hospital, St. Cloud Surgical Center, doctor and dentist offices plus food and gas. Most tenants are long term residents with a minimal turnover during the year. Reiki (heat therapy) is offered in the 90 minute session.
