Programs included ODM, EMS & internally manufactured products. Led adaption of Supply Chain Product Development Process (PDP) to Mods. Led Process Development, KPI Management, ISO Preparation, & group organization. Led Supply Chain efforts in planning & creation of the NPI Dashboard, NPI Report Card, PDP & 4-On Metrics. Continuous Improvement of organizational performance during this period. Program Managed the Global Supply Chain to launch products that met schedule, volume, quality & cost goals. Planned & executed the launch of Motofone, which had a total cost of less than $25 and shipped 2 million units within the 1st 6 weeks. This included program managing the introduction of the E Inc. display on the phone, E-Ink's 1st high volume product. Led the development of SC processes & represented the SC in development of company-wide processes. Key member of the team that developed the Mobile Devices NPI Process, including defining roles & responsibilities, metrics and gate exit requirements. Represented SC in instituting these requirements in M-Gates. Represented SC on team that reduced M-Gates from several hundred criteria to 70.
