This included actively coaching and mentoring 20 Green Belts through certification, guiding 6 Directors to be CI Champions, and teaching over 20 CI Classes (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, and Black Belt).- Partnered with two CI Experts to start the Enterprise Continuous Improvement (CI) Program at Southwest.
