  - Defined and executed a restructuring plan, focusing on keeping the business profitable. Main objectives were a strong push on sales (by upskilling a refocused representatives' network and implementation of a new CRM), a standardization and streamlining of operations between NA and the main Italian factory (i.e. ERP revamping, redefinition of processes) and general overhead costs reduction (i.e. internalized accounting leveraging on upskilling workforce, re-negotiated vendor pricing, processes overhaul, etc…)- Results showed a 70% increase in new sales and a 40% increase in the service revenue, with a general consolidation of margin also thanks to a more efficient Product Life Cycle Management. Other strategic targets for long terms sustainability were hit: 3 new authorized workshops we added (in Houston, US and Calgary, CA) and 2 partnerships with engineering firms to elect Pieralisi as preferred vendor of design in direct tenders.
