As a CPI instructor for Carolinas Healthcare System I train new employees in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention as a way of keeping patients and teammates safe in the hospital. I also teach refresher classes for teammates who have been working for CHS and require a yearly recertification class and monthly refresher classes for anyone who wishes to get further instruction in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention.
