  I started as GM to open Bar Taglio in Downtown Seattle. I built a wine & cocktail program, a private dining program, managed all hiring/training/scheduling for FOH staff, managed service, designed & developed marketing, and was accountable for the bottom line as we quickly became profitable. In February 2020 I transitioned into beverage direction for this small chef-owned group. Since the shutdown in March, I started a successful wine club, two bottle shops, and two high-volume bottled cocktail programs. I also helped launch 5 pop-up programs. Presently my time is spent in purchasing/inventory management, merchandising & selling wine, and being a one-woman batched cocktail factory! Show less
