  ---> Re-architectured OpenSearch data load balancing designMaster nodes cant effectively handle the forwarding of huge search and indexing traffic to the data nodes. In response to this challenge, I took the initiative to re-architect OpenSearch's data load balancing design.I implemented a solution that involved adding multiple load balancers and redirecting the traffic to the subset of data nodes and reconciliation of the load balancers.Significant outcomes:1. Independent scaling of master and data nodes2. Eliminated bottlenecks for the master nodes3. Allowed greater flexibility in handling increased traffic.---> Horizon PipelineDeveloped a pipeline connecting OCI Search Service to Oracle Cloud Analytics (OAC) aimed to gather and analyze resource usage data from the Service on a daily basis. This pipeline ensures a seamless data flow of critical metrics from the Service to a data warehouse.The ultimate objective was to generate visually appealing and insightful visualizations. These visualizations depicted various aspects of resource usage, customer base fluctuations, usage trends, and the overall performance of our service.Significant outcomes:Data-driven insights | Performance monitoring | Trend analysis | Customer-centric approach---> Region BuildDeveloped new dev and stage regions(Region build) from scratch in Oracle cloud infrastructure for OCI search service for OpenSearch and onboarding our service to these new regions---> OpenSearch OperationsConducted in-depth investigations, analyzed and resolved node failure/stabilization issues within the OpenSearch cluster which was resulting in a red state of the cluster.Implemented optimizations to improve the performance and stability of the nodes.Worked closely with large-scale customers, providing them with valuable support and guidance. This involved resolving their production issues, offering advice and suggestions for problem-solving approaches, and assisting with integrations and plugins. Show less
