  As Field Care Manager, I developed and oversaw all the operations, impact and strategy for three field-based programs: Healthy Schools, Healthy Factories and Healthy Churhces within the Makuru urban slum in Nairobi, Kenya. I created and implemented partnerships and collaborations with corresponding budgets, monitoring, evaluation, and learning to ensure outcomes. I maintained stakeholder engagement and communication on projects and programs both internally and externally. I managed a team of two employees and over 20 volunteer community health workers who were responsible for patient care and outreach.   As the CEO, I am responsible for setting and carrying out the organizational vision, mission, values and strategic priorities with staff, Board, and community engagement on behalf of Hispanic children and families in Pinellas County. In the five years I have been CEO, I grew the annual budget by 49% through grants, fundraising, and strategic development. I lead and develop a team of nine full-time employees and one part-time employee across two sites along with overseeing sub-contracts and all Hispanic Outreach Center programs. I engage in advocacy efforts for issues regarding diversity, equity and inclusion, specifically for the Hispanic community, through systems change, cooperation, and coordination of partnerships across Pinellas County and Tampa Bay. I support the Board of Directors and the collaborative Hispanic Leadership Council with activities and communication to advance the mission and liaise between the board, Council, staff, and funders.
