      As a senior, I was responsible for providing the day-to-day oversight necessary for the success of the audit engagement, including the coaching and high level review of the work of graduate associates, drafting and managing budgets, as well as managing the expectations of client and audit management in tension with the realities "on the ground." In completing audits, I was responsible for the drafting of audit finding summaries and reports to management.Clients portfolio included:-British American Tobacco (LSE listed)-Mix Telematics Ltd (JSE & NYSE listed- therefore US GAAS experience)-Numerous small manufacturing and industrial companies.-Numerous wine farmsI also have extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, having worked closely with private equity firms and project sponsors to give non-audit assurance on the integrity of project bids. Upon success of the bids, I have seen these clients right through to the statutory audits , and am now intimately aware of the unique accounting implications in these projects, as well as corporate finance considerations regarding the debt/equity structures of these projects.       Best Speaker- Deloitte myBusinessSchool Deloitte Mar 2011 Annually, Deloitte trainee CA's are sent on a week-long business school, with modules including Team Leadership, Communication and Marketing. At the end of the week, a business proposal is required to be presented to the senior management of a major Deloitte client and an audience of circa 200. In my case, it was the Financial Director and Group Financial Manager of Nampak Ltd. Teams worked through the night on their proposal, presented at 8am. Our proposal won, and I was adjudged Best Speaker.
