  Responsible for Houston Seal Connect Value Stream’s safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Lead a team of 4 production supervisors with 70 direct reports, 2 engineers, and 3 programmers. Manage overall operations including, but not limited to, production, quality, standard processes, policies, personnel, and supply chain. Responsible for improving overall cost of goods through POV’s, CCV’s, high performance, process improvement, and superb quality in addition to working cross functionally with other value streams to help improve delivery and quality. Throughout my time as VSM we have significantly improved performance, reduced scrap, reduced customer returns, and improved our POV’s while saving over 500K in FY22 continuous improvement projects. In addition, my team has successfully brought in a new product line (Fiber Optics) that has experienced improved metrics month over month. My responsibilities include problem solving, on time delivery, quality, personnel development, and continuous improvement to name a few. I am responsible for many different types of machines, such as CNC machines (lathe and mill) and injection molding (plastic).
