As part of the international team of highly experienced leadership development consultants and executive coaches, I worked independently on developing program designs, writing proposals, and co-facilitating development workshops for large international companies in Hong Kong.       As part of People & Organisation Consulting, I was responsible for strengthening and developing the services within leadership and competency development within the People & Organisation practice. I was part of the international team of L&D experts across the PwC Network working to operationalize and bring to market the newly developed global Leadership framework, “The Six Paradoxes of Leadership” and part of global proposal teams for leadership and training programmes for large international organizations.I worked with detailed conceptualization and development of blended learning programmes with a focus on integrating the latest digital technologies to create learning experiences that are more flexible, personalized and closely anchored in the daily work. Show less In PwC’s Executive Education, I designed and delivered custom-tailored strategic leadership programs for large, multinational companies in and outside of Denmark to be fit for the changing strategic demands in the future. Most programmes where focused on strengthening strategic leadership capabilities, business acumen and digital transformation leadership. In the design and delivery of programmes, I worked in close collaboration with faculty from the leading business schools around the world (e.g. Harvard, MIT, INSEAD, LBS) to ensure state-of-the-art knowledge and expertise.
