      Oversaw the implementation of the Be Great: Graduate program for grades 5-9 at 7 Club sites. I also oversaw literacy grants for children K-3rd grade, and implemented a summer program called Brain Gain. I also taught a program called Diplomas to Degrees at our Juvenile Justice Club, and it received an achievement award from our National Office, having been the only program of its kind, offered behind bars in the country.Since leaving their employ I have continued to occasionally teach classes at the Juvenile Justice club, and have spoken at their regional conference.
