  My first role post qualification was as a solicitor for the U.S. multinational corporation, ARAMARK, in central London.I provided legal advice to the offshore sales teams, in both the UK and The Gulf, with a focus on procurement contracts in respect of facilities management services. At the tender stage I advised on legal risk and if successful I provided full support with all contractual negotiations.I also advised the business on supply chain contracts (dealing with everything from the supply of food and FMCGs to security, PR and employment agency terms), IT and telecommunications deals, retail concession agreements, non-disclosure agreements as well as various other commercial contracts that arose on an ad-hoc basis.My responsibilities at ARAMARK also extended to corporate governance matters, compliance issues, training on current legal issues and liaising with external counsel on matters of a contentious nature.
