      -Receives and acknowledges electronic theses and dissertations (ETDs) via the university's software and through ProQuest's ETD Administrator site. -Conducts thorough and accurate reviews of ETDs to ensure formatting requirements are met and provide feedback to students in a timely manner. -Facilitates technical assistance and quality customer service that includes editorial support and information on ETD processing, storage, and release for students, alumni, and academic units. -Collaborates with University staff to provide ETD training, preparation, and submission. -Creates quarterly reports on services provided to students and data on ETDs.-Reviews, assesses, and manages data in ProQuest and other databases to update procedures and liaise on behalf of students, faculty, and staff while coordinating with institutional repository and library staff to facilitate the permanent storage of ETDs. -Assists with preparation for and execution of doctoral hooding. -Assists with the annual production of the Grace Jordan McFadden Professors Program Monograph. عرض أقل
