Service solutions have been successfully provided for various Rotating Equipment including: Gas Turbines Hot Gas Path, Compressors, Generators, Bearings and other Rotating Equipment Components.DUTIES INCLUDED;- Full detailed revision, synchronization with OEMs' technologies and certifying for eachphase of Routine Depot activities' work documents.- Commitment to a time scheduled Auditing Plane.- Implementation of a Multiple layer in-process supervision and checking Policy.SELECTED CONTRIBUTIONS:- Designing a Root Cause Analysis and solving Scheme ensuring serviceability andCustomer Satisfaction.- Analyzed and redesigned a number of Depot processes to fit available equipment.- Calibrated many Highly manufactured PMEL tools/equipments as a CMM programmer.- Tuning for GE's manufacturing process step of an essential modular rotating part as beingone of 50 participants in all around the world in a six sigma project which had great impact over costs.
