      • Assumed the Project Manager role for an $ 8 M Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Vendor Selection Project. The EMR System will replace the current 25 year old Patient Information Tracking and Billing System, the current Activities of Daily Living (ADL) System and the current Minimum Data Set (MDS) System, as well as provide electronic Clinical System capabilities to replace the current manual clinical functions. • Planned and managed the implementation of Salesforce CRM that included custom modifications to provide tracking and reporting functionality of sales for a Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) serving Post-Acute Care companies. Coordinated the design, configuration, coding, and QA of the custom modifications with a third party vendor. • Planned and managed the upgrade of MDS 2.0 to MDS 3.0. Managed the design, configuration, coding and QA of the in-house maintained MDS to Patient Billing interface. Managed the configuration and QA of the vendor supplied MDS System. • Planned and managed the third party configuration, in-house QA, and implementation of the Vertex Tax Module to be used in conjunction with the newly implemented Oracle financial suite. • Planned and managed the design, coding, QA, and implementation of a Managed Care / Insurance Billing System as a compliment to the legacy Patient Billing System. • Planned and managed the technology related requirements and supported the planning and coordination of the business function related requirements necessary to implement the Oracle financial suite. • Planned and managed the pilot project to implement a Health Center based patient data collection system in 9 Health Centers located in 2 states. The system required physical plant review to support new data collection device location, required cabling, and device installation.
