  The role exists to coordinate & manage compliance, operational and administration sections by ensuring the functional support activities defined by Technical Records ALCM are assigned and accomplished within time constraints. Enable the Technical Records Department to deliver support to the Emirates Fleet and business customers whilst maintaining the highest standards of Airworthiness, Safety and Quality Compliance.To provide management support to the Technical Records compliance, operational and administration Sections. Be the focal point to coordinate and assigning resources, address tactical daily issues for remedial action, for the effective management of airworthiness compliance activities. Perform ARC Audits prior to submission to Quality assurance for issuance of ARC Process and Audit FAA and EASA Bi Weeklies from the Aircraft manufacturer to make sure that all the applicable Airworthiness Directives (AD’) to the Emirates Fleet are added into system and applicable compliance period is updated in AD Database.Monitor operational, configuration and administration functional requirements and report failures in systems, processes or resources. Recommend changes to improve / eliminate deficiencies and improve efficiencies. Ensure optimum manpower deployment for data, documentation, recording and reporting processes to avoid / minimize operational and maintenance disruptions. Ensure full compliance with (CAMO) requirements, conduct sample audits to ensure quality systems and standards are maintained by arranging resources to complete Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC), Period Compliance Audit (PCA) activities and investigate anomalies and discrepancies. Manage and administer configuration exception and control processes to ensure airworthiness compliance. Support the Technical Records Manager in Non-Compliance (NC) Investigations, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and determination for Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) Show less Carry out data and documentation processing for both new delivery and phase out aircraft, engine, APU, to ensure delivery and historic maintenance transactions are performed to necessary regulatory continued airworthiness compliance and lessor/owner as per their delivery contractual standards.Perform, review and update of digitally scanned/ uploaded maintenance records immediately on receipt from maintenance organizations to ensure completeness, accuracy and indexing for retrieval by internal and external organizations.Audit of Life Limited Part, Assembly Status reports and Airworthiness Directives.Lease reports preparation for yearly, mid and quarterly reports for the lessors.Auditing of Hard Time and On Condition (OCCM) monitoring components to make sure End Of Lease requirements are met.To make sure all the documents like Service Bulletins, aircraft damage history, Aircraft Components History, Aircraft LLP Back to Birth traceability, Maintenance History are available for audit by the lessors.Supervise the work done by the Data Entry team to ensure Tech Log and Cabin Log data is accurate in ULTRAMAIN.To co-ordinate, supervise and control technical and modification records of Emirates aircraft, engines and components as per Aviation Authorities legal requirements and ensure permitted limits pertaining to aircraft, engines and components life are not exceeded. Administer Technical Records functions and ensure that all legal records pertaining to aircraft operational data, maintenance inputs and component data are maintained to recognized standards and approvals as required by the UAE GCAA. Ensure Aircraft, Engine, APU and Modification Log Books are promptly updated and certified. Check aircraft maintenance work packs for completeness and ensure any discrepancies are corrected in consultation with the concerned sections prior to archiving.
