  After retiring from my full-time position at Paladin in August of 2021. I'm now working as a consultant helping move students to the next level in their lives. It's my honor and privilege to still be a part of the Paladin Community and work with staff in the area of Cultural and Racial Diversity in an all-inclusive manner on a continuous basis. At Paladin, we do more than just talk about change, we are the change that's needed to make all the work we do matter to those we serve. The Director asked me to create a handbook in the area of diversity within the workplace that shared our commonalities as well as differences in how we approach that handbook became a book.
