  In the second year of my Bachelor's degree, I undertook a scientific internship during which I developed the theme "Nanostructured biomimetic materials as catalytic antioxidants".Part of the work was presented at the prestigious international congress “International Conference on Porphyrins and Phthalocyanines (ICPP-11)” in an oral communication entitled: “Binary Ionic Homo and Bimetallic Metalloporphyrin Nanostructured Materials with Catalase-Like Activity”, Book of Abstracts, p. 296.I was also selected to present an oral communication at the XXVII National Meeting of the Portuguese Chemical Society, 14-16th July 2021, Campus of Gualtar, University of Minho, Book of Abstracts p. 149.A manuscript containing my work is currently being prepared.
