  My responsibilities include:- Provide expertise and guidance to the staff in resolving problems/issues to ensure timely and accurate release of NAV.- Investigate system related issues occur in the process and determine appropriate course of action, including involving FTT where appropriate. e.g. failed to load the price or FX information from external vendors to internal applications.- Analyze and improve departmental workflows, policies and procedures in accordance with Global & best practice. - Monitor and conduct staff appraisals and ensure timely feedback is provided to the staff.- Provide leadership, expertise and technical support in the completion of departmental projects.- Review and sign off various reports including price tolerance, previous day price comparison, NAV summary and statement of investment reports. Validate the NAV movement and final sign off for releasing NAV to AMFI and TA.- Review monthly MIS and Board reporting reports and present to the management. Show less
