I also introduced digital tools to automate and improve processes. In this role, I optimised the procurement processes for hydro technologies in Europe. I drove forward process automation and digitalisation by introducing SAP S4i and e-auctions. I was particularly successful in reducing unauthorised orders to 6%, which significantly increased the efficiency of procurement.
