Demaurex had to integrate an Allen Bradley linear transport system called MagneMotion for their most innovative project so far. My duties were : - Test et validation of the MagneMotion's technical applicability on this project. - Development of the PLC program adapted to this project. - MagneMotion's integration to Demaurex delta robot system. - Development of the HMI for the MagneMotion application following Demaurex visual chart.       Working at Demaurex SA (Food delta robot company of RotzingerGroup). Company designing and assembling delta robots for primery and secondary packaging, mosttly in food industry. First mission was to keep working on the MagneMotion project and then evoling into the robot part.My duties were : - Development of the PLC program adapted to this project. - MagneMotion's integration to Demaurex delta robot system. - Development of the HMI for the MagneMotion application following Demaurex visual chart. - C++ programming of a 2 robots cell unloading the MagneMover to fill a ULMA Thermoformer. - Management of interaction with supplier and customer. - Software test and commissioning of the full line both in Demaurex workshop and at the customer factory in Spain. - Software integration of a collaborative robot Wyzo on the line.Other project on the side and after the principal one : - C++ programming of robot's applivation of several projects for France and US. - Delphi programming of the HMI application for these projects. - Test and validation of the software on the machine at our workshop before commissioning. - Part of the commisionning of a robot line in Canada (2 weeks).
